HELLO!

HEY ALL! with this INSANE increase of new members, i feel like you should really get to know the NOE team! My name is kristin, but you will always see "kris" named on my posts. i am a college student in NYC. it is a very acceptable area, but of course, we have our opposition too. I started NOE! back in august. I work as a waitress and after hosting a "republican meeting" at the restaurant, i was so angered i felt i NEEDED to do something. august isnt the best time to start something like this, as i was starting a new semester. But, i recently dove head first into it and the support has been MASSIVE. i have SO many ideas and SO much hope for NOE!.

i recently added a new member to my team, a good friend of mine, Megan. We are open to absolutely anything you have to offer us! any advice, suggestions, questions, blogs, info! we are nothing without all of your support! i really hope to expand NOE! we are looking into creating a website and just a whole bunch of other things. we are going to have our first meeting this week and discuss all of our ideas. So, PLEASE feel free to message or comment anything you think can help NOE! and all of our plans.

not so secretly, my DREAM would be to sit next to maggie gallagher and just run her "opinions" into the mud. yes, i dream about this quite often. i feel like NOE! has the potential to help change the way this country treats the LGBT community. BEYOND that, i hope to help create an America that is free of inequality completely! you are all a major part in this dream! i am also posting my personal facebook page, feel free to go check it out!
